How time continues to go on, no matter what we are doing or not doing!
I was in my glory
a week & 1/2 ago when my Daughter, Judy, her husband, 2 dogs & 3 children arrived at our home from Georgia at 11p.m. 10 days ago for a shor visit! they came on a wed. nite & left on that Sat. night at 20p.m.. thier children are a 4 r old boy named Weston, a 2 yr old daughter named Lily & a 6 month old daughter named amelia. Grammy & Papa had a wonderful time withthem & got to go to the Circus with them on Saturday morning, what fun to see a circus through childrens eyes!
Thier 2 dogs got along very well with our new 2 year old black lab, this was thier 1st meeting, I was impressed!
the day after they left, I got sick with a weird flu virus, never got sick, just acked all over, even my ankles hurt when I walked! I came home after Sunday School & went to bed, got up for a couple of hours & went back to bed. I finally was getting on the upswing this past thursady, which was my dear husband Rich & my 32nd wedding aniversary! Rich even remembered! LOL He wished me Happy anniversary when he was getting out of bed, awwww
We had a phone meeting and had a town meeting to go to in the evening, so he surprised me & took me out to 1 of my fav restaurants, Joey's seafood, for lunch, my 1at real meal since Saturday, I enjoyed it tremendously & enjoyed my left overs too.
Since my appetite still isn't too good I am trying to take advantage of that & loose some weight!
Well, it is a week later since the kids have gone, I miss them already, but I am almost caught up with getting things back in some sort of order, We sent our Taxes into our tax Atty., so that is out of the way too.
I have to figure out how to get my blog 'out there' and how to advertise my daughters blog, she makes such beautiful girls dresses, and baby things, OMG, where did she get this talent?!?!
When I have the time, I will post the pic of all of us at the Circus! :)

So glad you are doing better, you are so SWEET! I forgot to thank you for the candy you tucked into my purchase-I love the mascara, it's not all smeary like the Loreal'. Oops, gotta get your $ sent. We'll do that tomorrow as today is Sun. Just home from church. Happy Belated Anniversary, we want to take you out to supper for your anniversary. I can't wait for John to meet you both. We will be down on the 10th so we can be at the hospital early on the 11th for the bronch, to see if the rejection has stopped. If we could spend the night that would be such a help. Please pray that it has stopped and that I can deal with whatever the Lord has authored. I say that with a lump in my throat...."yet I will trust in Him."
ReplyDeleteAs far as getting readers, just keep commenting on blogs like mine and as you build up your blog eventually with your daughter's items we'll do a feature and get more people here. But you don't want them yet, so far it's a family blog. I'll help anyway I can. To bad you can't say that you are a NUMBER ONE MARY KAY SALESWOMAN!!!! But I can :-)
